Exfoliation is a natural skin process by which skin cells are renewed. Dead cells are shed to make way for new cells. This 2 in 1 facial cream scrub + mask helps this process to eliminate all the old cells and give way to the new ones. This process is more intense and more effective in terms of removing dirt on the skin than the soap itself, so we must know how to use it on our skin.

We start knowing that cleaning the skin is essential to have a healthy and cared appearance. In addition, clean skin will make the subsequent treatments that you are going to apply to the skin better absorbed by it and therefore the results are more remarkable.

First, we will talk about exfoliating particles. They are small grains of plants, flowers, crushed seeds that are responsible for helping to drag dirt. Depending on the type of skin we use grain of greater or lesser size.

Can all skin exfoliate?

Yes, all skins can and should be exfoliated, even the most delicate.

How often should I exfoliate my skin?

As we have said before, each type of skin requires specific care. If your skin is oily, it accumulates more dirt and therefore you should apply an exfoliation per week. On the contrary, dry skin does not need as much help once every fifteen days will be enough. If your environment, work, pollution and environmental dirt is notorious, we recommend doing it once a week.

Exfoliating our skin in excess does not favor it either, since it leaves it unprotected against the sun, wind.

When to use the scrub?

Contrary to what we usually believe, this cosmetic is recommended to be used in the morning, when we get up. Why? During the night is when more cell regeneration occurs in the skin. Therefore, when we get up and exfoliate it, the dead cells accumulated in regeneration are removed.
